Fall is one of my favorite seasons in East Tennessee. It’s also a good time to give the yard some attention.
- Mulch a light layer of leaves with the mower. Rake up heavier piles.
- Pull weeds from planting beds.
- Keep watering newly planted trees and shrubs during dry spells.
- Empty and store hoses before freezing weather.
- Clean garden tools before putting them away.
Fertilizing or planting grass? The timing depends on the type of lawn you have.
Looking for a yard you’ll enjoy taking care of? I’ll help you find THE house.
