My Favorite Listing-Photo Trick Costs Nothing

Want more light in your listing photos? Remove the window screens before the photographer arrives.

Screens filter sunlight and can make the glass look slightly gray in photos. Taking them out lets more natural light into the room and gives the view a cleaner look. Wash the glass while the screens are down, then label and store each screen carefully.

This is one of my favorite listing tricks because it costs nothing and can change the entire feel of a room.
